Preparation
- Put the chicken, oil, onions, garlic, ginger, salt, and other spices into a cooking pot on a medium fire for 5 minutes while stirring continuously.
- Add water and let cook for 30 minutes or until the chicken is almost done. (Please see the alternative to step 2 below).
- Add slices of lemons and let it cook 10 more minutes.
- To serve, put the chicken on the dish and decorate it with green olives (and French fries if desired).
